This special piece of Raleigh history recently finished it’s most recent restoration to add to the vibrancy of downtown Raleigh as a boutique hotel and event space. The house has nine large ensuite guest rooms that can sleep up to 20 guests. In total, the house is ~10,000 square feet with 15-foot ceilings, original hardwoods, large pocket doors, 10 fireplaces, and grand common spaces including a library and parlor. Meticulously and thoughtfully designed, we have highlighted the authenticity of the original architecture while incorporating modern and vintage touches.
